Bio
Donna Milligan is a Complementary Holistic Therapist who holds a Scio Biofeedback provider certificate. Also qualified with ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) diplomas in Anatomy and Physiology, and many therapies. Donna holds a Distinction Award in Exercise and Health Studies from the Physical Education Association of Great Britain, a VTCT Accredited Nutrition diploma, A diploma in Natural Nutrition and Quantum Healing in association with The Complementary Medicine Association and a Certificate in Nutritional Supplements approved by The National Pharmaceutical Association.

She has been a tutor in Complementary Therapies and is a member of the Complimentary Therapist Association..Donna has held previous positions in various health-related occupations including a fitness coach for Cambridge United FC and teaching therapy students at Cambridge University. As a health and fitness writer, researcher and adviser for local newspaper groups she has written over 400 published health articles and written for Positive Health magazine and health websites. Donna was recently a teacher of health and well-being and a trainer of volunteers for MIND the biggest Mental Health charity in England.

Donna is also qualified as a fully accredited Interactive Neurostimulation Therapist using an InterX device to assist relief of pain and injury including muscular, joint, and neurological conditions.

Alternative Therapy
I decided to train as an Inter X Practitioner after using the Inter X device on my Repetitive Strain Injury, with remarkable results. I had had the pain for approximately five years due to using a PC for most of my working life. I had tried remedial massage and physiotherapy, but the pain kept returning. After using the Inter X for 2 weeks the pain went. Then with a break and another 2 weeks of treatment, the pain went and has not returned.
I became fully qualified as an Inter X practitioner in 2006. Two years later I trained and became a qualified Reflexologist and MAR (Member of the Association of Reflexologists)
