We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries.
Standard delivery is £TBC, our process is to prepare your order and despatch on the same or next working day (Monday to Friday), which means that you receive your order within 3 to 5 days.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
If you do not receive your order within 5 days, please email us at and remember to provide us with your order/transaction number.
We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take a little longer than our usual delivery times.
Customers outside the UK please contact Customer Service at with details of the products you'd like to order, so that we can send you a shipping quotation.

Refund/Exchange request process
To request a refund or exchange please fill out the refund/returns form in the returns page to generate a returns number to proceed with the application.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please call or email us with your order information to begin a returns process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
